Because this was a sci-fi story based on another world the author really had free rein to use her imagination. While she did a great job with the characters I would have liked to have had more description about the environment around the characters. I wasn’t able to picture this unique world as well as I would have liked.

The conflict in this story was great. It actually left me questioning who was really on the side of justice on a few occasions. The only people you can actually say have the right intentions throughout this story are Senth and Khyff and even they have a checkered past. I mean how trustworthy can a thief and a prostitute really be? This was a good sci-fi story with a great cast and interesting plot. I look forward to more from this world.
