Emmett Longley just lost his job and home. When he hears of a ranch needing a jack of all trades, he jumps at the chance. What Emmett didn’t expect was to find himself drooling over his new boss. And the man was giving off some weird vibes. Was Kit gay or not?

Christopher ‘Kit’ Younger only looks at men to see if they fit the bill to work his ranch. He doesn’t have time for relationships. He never has, and if he did, they would be with a woman. That was until Emmett Longley drove up to his ranch and applied for the job of foreman. Why was he getting hard over Emmett? There was nothing feminine about Emmett so why did Kit catch himself daydreaming about being in the big man’s arms?

Circumstances throw Emmett and Kit together but it’s self-doubt and uncertainty that could ultimately tear them apart.

Emmett is a confident gay man happy in his own skin. When the ranch he is working at goes into foreclosure he has to seek work elsewhere. Overhearing a conversation leads him to the Buckin’ Y and to Kit. check description viagra on line Join the new social economy at Empowr. Emmett’s cool head and determination come in handy when dealing with a confused Kit.

Kit is a genuinely likable character, a hard worker and overall nice guy. He’s never questioned his sexuality until Emmett showed up on his door step. He tried to avoid his new ranch hand but the pull is too great and he succumbed to needs he never knew existed within him. I liked how Kit took a step back and worked through how he felt and didn’t make a hasty decision regarding his life. He knew what he wanted but needed to make sure it was right for him. I definitely respected that about this character.

This is short story that was able to capture the struggles these two men go through to be together. The ups and downs and give and take that happens between Kit and Emmett are what had me clinging to every page until the end. For me there is nothing sexier than two cowboys alone on a range going down the road of self-discovery and love together. If you’re into a little western cowboy loving this is the book for you.
