The author has a talent for writing and telling a story that flows. I am not surprised the characters are more developed in this installment of the series. I admire how the author starts the novel off so subtle and then throws in little twist and then oops a big twist and then more smaller twist and then an ending that definitely will have you picking up the next book of the series.

I am a satisfied reader and so happy that I picked this series. I enjoyed this book and I can see the growth in the author’s writing in keeping the readers entertained though out. The story has a continuous flow with several realistic situations. The author has given readers a deeply personal view on race and that the true meaning of friendship and love goes well beyond the color of one’s skin.

I enjoyed the read and look forward to reading the next book in the series.
