Tania, a Wylfen aristocrat, hooks up with a stranger right before her twin’s graduation from military college. Not hours later, the bottom drops out of her world when she’s introduced to Axe, her twin’s new SEAL instructor. Then she discovers he’s a Feral Wolf, the arch enemy of her people. Wylfen laws prohibit her from mating with a half-breed. If anyone finds out she’s mated with Axe, exile is the least she has to fear…

It is a mating that could bring together these three species of shifters that has been battling for centuries…

Tania, a Wylfen, hooks up with a stranger only to find out later that he is her twin’s new SEAL Instructor and a Feral Wolf. From then on starts a journey that leads to unraveling a deception woven for decades. With their life in danger, what would become of their relationship?

Prymal Lust not only grabbed my attention from the first chapter but held it throughout until the ending. One thing I was very much appreciative of was that it was not overly long but neither was it so short that it didn’t satisfy my need for shifters. And it had shifters, a lovely variety of them.

At its most basic, it’s a book about SEALSs, who are shifters, who find their mates. Now, the whole story is not as simple as that but I loved the small surprises that the book gave me. Right when I thought that it was going to end like this or that, then BAM! Something comes up and proves me wrong.

Tania has a best friend, Eva. Eva is also mated and exiled. When I finished I wanted to read more about Eva. There should be a separate book for her because I believe there are readers who would love to read about her story. I do feel that Eva’s story probably should have been the first in this series, that being said, Prymal Lust still had everything it needed to be the first book.

Tania’s mate, Axe, is one that I grew to like immensely. Not only him but the Prymal pack, because their pack were so different from the Wylfen. Axe loves and adores Tania to heaven and back. That shows in every scene between them. The characteristics of Axe and Tania were perfect as both of them meshed well together. The Prymal Pack helped Tania come to herself.

The detailing of the book was one that pushed me into a world of shifters, alpha power and deception.

This is a perfect book for any shifter lover.

  1. I, too, loved this book! It was really interesting to read about their “new” pack that they form with the 3 different species. 🙂
I would also love to read Eva’s story from the beginning, but we get more of her in Prymal Obsession.
