A pack divided…brought together by love.

Nikki Stratton returns to her Pack to find it split in half between the new Alpha and the older members of the Pack. Worse, there is talk about her oldest brother challenging for the Alpha position. Taking matters in her own hands, she meets with the Alpha’s brother RJ. She had no idea they would end up on the floor of his shop—hot, naked, and sweaty.

With nearly two million men in the UK who have genuine medical reasons for erectile dysfunction, it would appear that only 10% of 100mg viagra cost this total will actually seek help. If you experience ED constantly, you are most likely experiencing a physical reason. RJ Cross supports his brother one hundred per cent, so when Nikki contacts him to find a solution to the Pack problems, he is relieved. He might even be able to come up with some decent ideas if he could keep his hands off Nikki.

As final preparation begin for the taking of the shifter world, Nikki and RJ must use everything at their disposal to bring their Pack together…and hopefully get their happily ever after.

Nikki and RJ are both willing to do what it takes to protect their brothers, but I am sure that did not include sleeping together. That was an extra-added bonus to the job of protecting those they love.

Nikki had tried to stay away from pack politics as much as possible, but when her brothers call her home she know she has to adhere to the call. She is quickly thrown into a whirlpool of problems with her brother being pressured to challenge the newly chosen alpha, a divided pack, and a magnetic attraction to her brother’s enemy no wonder she had stayed away as long as she had. While she may be the sister, Nikki very much seems to be the glue that holds her family together. She and her brothers have a unique family bond that I found inspiring. I have a similar protective instinct towards my own brothers so this was an aspect that really hit near and dear for me.

RJ has always been protected by his old pack, as well as his brothers, so it only make sense that he rise to the occasion when he hears of a threat to his family. While a fight is not good for anyone including the pack, he knows that his brother will defend himself, and he will protect his brother no matter the cost to himself. Then in walks Nikki, a temptress that may help or hurt his brother’s cause. RJ is everything I look for in an alpha male. He is not arrogant, but sure of himself, what he wants, and what he is willing to do to get it.

One concept in the story I had a bit of difficulty wrapping my mind around was how quickly Nikki and RJ seem to come together. With the tension between their brothers, I would have expected a bit more reluctance on their part. I understand they are werewolves so it could have been contributed to animal magnetism, but I would have like to have a better understanding why the seemed to not be able to keep their hands off one another from almost the beginning.

The strong family ties in this story is something that really drove the story in my opinion. It was the reason for Nikki and RJ even coming together to begin with. I thought this was inspiring for the author to create a story around two people trying to protect their families. While I have read other Were Chronicle stories, this added bonus makes it stand out of the crowd for me. It was a story that I never wanted to end. I would certainly recommend this story, and plan to read it again in the near future.
