“I clamped my teeth over my lips in an attempt to keep from laughing. He’d take it as an insult, but really, I found his discombobulation to be the cutest thing ever.”

The book is well-written, and though the characters from the first two books do appear, it was not confusing. It made the book more fun to read.

This story could be read as a stand-alone or as a series. I do not have any unresolved questions or confusions. That said, I’m curious to read the first two books and find out more. The author did a wonderful job on giving the reader a nudge to check out the rest of the series.

I loved the characters, mainly because of how different they were. Rory wants rules and craves control which translates into OCD and whatnot. While Emery is the complete opposite of him, it was different to see that regardless of it how they kept falling more and more in love with each other.

There were bits of humor that just made it so easy to read. The sex was hot and passionate. The highlight had to be the humor, the story and how their conversations worked.

I loved how the story evolved and kept me glued to it until the end.
