Strength. Power. Experience. There’s nothing like a man who knows how to get what he wants, both in and out of the bedroom. And these dominant alphas want nothing more than to please and possess the men they love. No kink is too risqué as these men ensure their lovers never want to be anywhere but under their command.

Come and find out how good it feels to be HIS.

A great collection of m/m stories featuring older men and their younger lovers. These stories where done very tastefully and really hit the head on the nail with the theme. Manlove Edition stories have always entertained me and this collection is no exception.

In His Name by Nicola Cameron

Life as a priest was the one sure thing in Sean’s life, until he is tempted by the flesh of another man. Then everything he thought he knew about himself and his future is tossed into the wind. Sean and Matt are two lucky men. They have found a path in life that they both love, and they found each other. I really enjoyed having these two grow together in a way that nether of the could have expected.

This story was bittersweet for me. I love that Dale is a virgin in every sense both to the BDSM scene as well as physically. Lee seems to be the type of man that can really introduce him to both in a well meaning way. Lee shows a tenderness that I appreciated even if he is a Dom. What puzzled me a bit was the way the relationship seem to move so fast. To me it doesn’t seem like a 21 year old virgin would put out on the first date. I just didn’t feel the chemistry to constitute such a huge jump into bed. Additionally, I would have also liked to see some of the tenderness I recognized in Lee better shown in the bedroom. He isn’t aggressive or rough with Dale, but I felt like he should have been more tuned  in to Dale’s needs or wants and made sure they both where on the same page. While it was by no means a bad story, a few tweaks would have made it an awesome story.

This Stage of Life by Giselle Renarde

This was an interesting story to say the least. Andrew had fantasized about his teacher all through school, and now as a man the fantasies seem to be more vivid. So when given the chance to be Mr. Czarneki’s pet for the night Andrew will bend over backwards. I found the “play” very exciting. I have never read a story about BDSM based off of being a pet, but I found it entertaining. I would have liked to have seen a bit more understanding or discussion about what each person expected in the scene. Usually they have a talk about limits or safe words or something to avoid confusion but other than that I found it entertaining.

Campaigning for the Billionaire by Noelle Keaton

This story was intriguing from beginning to end. Dylan and Charlie’s relationship seems genuine, both professionally and personally. Dylan has a pure heart and it is clear that Charlie can see it and appreciates Dylan for who he truly is. I love that the author was even able to incorporate a good conflict.  I can see myself reading this story again when I just need to take a break and smile for a moment.

Date with a Stranger by Pelaam

This was a lovely story that had a few extra unexpected twists. Though I found the focus on money and the finer things in life a bit distracting I really enjoyed the development between Cassidy and Jeff. I think that this story touched me in a way the others didn’t because you can tell how much these two really cared for one another and couldn’t seem to keep their hands to themselves.
