I have to admit it’s been a long time since I’ve read a Harlequin Presents book. And while years ago you were assured of a hero that was an Alpha male, now you not only get that but a heroine who is more than a match for her man. I liked Zoe from the beginning but getting to like Aaron took a little longer. However it was a good thing because. Ms. Hewitt did a good job transforming his personality into someone worthy of this heroine.

The dialogue is snappy, and Zoe always seemed to have just the right thing to say to Aaron which had me cheering for her the moment she discovered she was pregnant. A couple of times I thought she didn’t need this guy but then he did something to change my view. By the end I hoped they could work things out and be a happy family. The pacing is fast and I kept turning the pages to read more of the story. Before I knew it, I was at the end!

This summer if you’re looking for a quick sexy read this might be a good pick for you.
