Dagney Night, a sought-after succubus, is no stranger to blazing hot sex. But as Valentine’s Day approaches, she longs for something more. When oddly erotic paintings arrive for display at her art gallery, arousing everyone who views them, she wonders about the mysterious artist who created the works.

Maxwell Raines, a fire-sex demon, lives a life of solitude and seclusion behind the walls of his compound at Sleepy Hollow, channeling his lustful impulses into his art—until his muse deserts him and his temperature rises past the danger point. He needs sex. Now.

When Madame Evangeline arranges a torrid Valentine’s 1Night Stand for them, will the flames of their encounter be too hot to handle?

What happens when you put a succubus and a fire sex demon in the same room? Smoking hot lovin’, that’s what!

Dagney Night is a succubus who’s tired of the same thing in and out, pun intended, and is craving some romance, a little passion, maybe even a little fire. She has no idea she’s about to get exactly what she asked for and more. When Maxwell Raines enters her life with splashes of paint on canvas, she knows there is something special about him.

Max must give his inner sex demon what it needs in order to keep control. When he finds out one of the reputed succubi Night sisters runs the art gallery holding his latest showing, he starts to wonder if she could take him on and not get burned in the process, literally.

When Dagney and Max meet, I thought my eReader was going to ignite. The emotions and lust that rolled through Dagney like a freight train was a lot of fun to experience. The chemistry between the two was amazing but the tortured soul of Max was what I loved most. Even with this being a short story, the secondary characters were able add humor and dimension to the plot.

Frost is the third book in the Sleepy Hollow series by author Taryn Kincaid. Without reading the previous two books I didn’t feel lost, however if the previous two books were as hot as this one I admit I’m missing out. If you enjoy sexy reads full of humor, then I think you’ll like this one.
