Celebrating her divorce with a girls’ weekend in Vegas, the last thing Katie wants is a one-night stand. Her best friend disagrees and submits the divorcee’s profile to Madame Eve. When the mysterious owner finds her the ‘perfect’ match, Katie knows it won’t matter…she certainly doesn’t need more proof she’s frigid.

Intrigued by Katie’s faithfulness to her inconsiderate, former husband, cynical Sebastian relishes the challenge of overcoming the damage they’ve both suffered at the hands of their respective ex-spouses. Drawn to the fiery spirit in his 1Night Stand match, Sebastian will have to prove he’s the lover who can help her embrace her passion.

Paired for a night of temptation and release, will these two damaged souls find ice turning to fire?

Sometimes an instrument just needs the right musician to make it play the perfect tune!

Katie has a problem, a big old problem that needs sorting out and her friend Joy has decided to take matters into her own hands by organising her a date with the elite One Night Stand Agency. The problem, well, it’s delicate. Katie was married for ten years to her childhood sweetheart, but despite many bedroom encounters he never managed to squeeze out an orgasm for her. Not suprising really when he was no doubt dreaming about being with a man rather than a woman! So now, divorced and beliveing herself to be abnormal in the ‘downstairs’ department, frigid and lacking passion she finds herself catching the eye of a gorgeous hunk in the Castillo Hotel.

Turns out ‘gorgeous hunk’ is her dreamy date and he’s determined to put matters straight for Katie. Oh, la, la, yes, he’s a determined sort and from the moment he introduces himself you just know he’s not going to fail on his mission.

I enjoy the One Night Stand books and this one is no exception. It’s a hot quickie with great characters, it’s well written and the sex is super hot m/f with enough angst and dilemma to keep the pages turning.

I enjoyed Ms York’s voice, it was fresh and flowed nicely. The heroine was a real wild cat and did a lot of wailing as she came. The hero Sebastian was drool worthy and I loved the passion and urgency that came from the page, especially the sudden urgency to take their desire into the bedroom and him hopping around with his jeans half undone – great stuff, very visual.

If you want a steamy read for your coffee break this could be the book for you.
