This story is told in a sensitive, thoughtful way that gives realism to the motives and the feelings of all the characters, even the father. I never once thought this untraditional relationship was outside of the realm of reality for these people, so well were their individual and cohesive stories painted. All elements of such a partnership were given consideration, including the pitfalls.

This is no casual tale for light entertainment. Even the erotic elements were realistically amazing. Rather, I found it to be a story with impressive significance that encouraged me to challenge my beliefs in the limits of conventional love. No party playing in this story, but realistic people in unusual circumstances that made me believe in them and in their possibilities.

Ms. Petrova has outdone herself with this conscientious love story. There are three sizzling flames that follow the reader into ever hotter and deeper territory. The telling was eloquent and compassionate. The characterization was true and compelling. I’m so happy to recommend, Blown Down and look forward to more of Ms. Petrova’s quality storytelling…it’s so much more than passing the time, it’s adventure for the mind.
